Category: An honest look at Creation and evolution

How old is the universe?

We keep hearing that the universe is 13.7 billion years old, which may change periodically, so sounds very precise.
But in reality, this is not proven, it is a theory that has gained wide acceptance.
Scientists do not always get things right.
It is often thought that true scientists can not believe in God and the Genesis creation account, but there are hundreds who do.

Creation or Evolution do we have to choose?

Christians either have to choose the Big Bang or Creation, or a mish-mash of things that don’t sit right.
There are scientific laws and certain building blocks of life which do seem to have been designed.
When human genetics is compared to Noah’s relatives and the ‘Table of Nations’ there is a fascinating similarity.

What proof is there of evolution?

Dog breeds do not prove evolution.
The evolution of the horse is often cited as proof of evolution but it does not prove that at all.
There are things which are very difficult, even impossible, for evolutionists to explain, such as why is child-birth so painful for humans, how could reproduction have evolved, how did the American Golden Plover have such a wonderful guidance system, how Obligate mutualism could ever have existed, etc?
Dragons are fascinating creatures, did they live amongst humans?
